Volt Integration reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Services at any time.

a. Company Intellectual Property

All software, systems, AI models, prompts, workflows, methodologies, templates, content, and materials developed by or provided through Volt Integration remain the exclusive intellectual property of Volt Digital, LLC unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

b. Client Content

You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant Volt Integration a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, process, and display such content solely for the purpose of delivering Volt Integration and related Services.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use Volt Integration to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations

• Infringe intellectual property rights

• Transmit malicious code or attempt unauthorized access

• Accuracy, completeness, rankings, visibility, compliance, and outcomes are not guaranteed

• You are responsible for reviewing, approving, and validating outputs before use

Volt Integration is not responsible for decisions, actions, or results derived from AI- or AEO-driven outputs.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of non-public business, technical, and proprietary information shared in connection with Volt Integration Services, except as required by law.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Volt Integration Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Volt Integration disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. No specific results, rankings, traffic, or revenue outcomes are guaranteed.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Volt Integration shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

• Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid to Volt Integration in the three (3) months preceding the claim

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Volt Integration, its officers, employees, and partners from claims arising out of:

• Your use of Volt Integration or the Services

• Your content or data

• Your violation of these Terms or applicable law

12. Termination

Termination of Volt Integration Services is governed by the applicable service agreement. Outstanding fees remain due upon termination.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Volt Integration may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Volt Integration or Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
